We were introduced to this several years ago by a handyman. He put it on the bottom of an island in our new kitchen so we could slide it out of the way without damaging our floors. He left us some which we used on other furniture to protect our floors. Move forward about 15 years and we are just replacing the old felt. Love this product. It had been difficult for me to find.
