Outstanding Quality Products!
I have a 10-year old Price Pfister bath/shower fixture (801) that started leaking over the winter. Installing an entirely new fixture would have both been difficult and expensive, requiring a plumber, so I chose to repair and rebuild it myself. However, I looked around the internet but had difficulty in finding the correct parts for the now-discontinued fixture. Those replacement parts that I did find that might work looked like cheap Chinese-made junk. However, when I found the Faucet Depot website, I was thrilled to discover that this firm carried high quality OEM parts for my Price Pfister fixture at very reasonable prices. I was also impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the customer service staff, who reviewed the original parts diagram I had saved and confirmed that the parts I was ordering were correct.
